The beautiful landscaping provided a relaxing atmosphere.
During my stay, the bathroom water temperature was inconsistent, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, entering our room with the old-fashioned keys was more of a hassle than charming. The lack of hot water during peak usage left us frustrated, especially on New Year's Eve when we expected better service.

authentic, authentic, authentic
The ambiance of this enchanting hacienda truly takes you back in time, with its stunning architecture and beautifully landscaped grounds. I was especially taken by room 7, which offered breathtaking views and a perfect spot to unwind. The welcoming vibe made every moment special, and the exceptional hiking at the nearby crater lake Cuicocha was an adventure of a lifetime!
strongly recommend 😊❤️

It was just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Otavalo with good value for cost. The lovely grounds made for a perfect relaxation spot after a long day. Plan to arrange transport in advance as the area lacks dining options nearby.
